Delta Latiolais Brasseaux

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 9, 2006, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Delta Latiolais Brasseaux, 79, who died Monday, Februrary 6, 2006 at Lady of the Oaks Nursing Home in Lafayette. Interment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include two sons, Tim Brasseaux and his wife, Paula and Mike Brasseaux and his wife, Debbie, all of Lafayette; one daughter, Gail Mercer and her husband, Tom of Breaux Bridge; two brothers, Lester Latiolais of Breaux Bridge and Toby Latiolais of Houston, TX; five sisters, Dula Degetaire of Breaux Bridge, Murley LeBlanc, Laura Belle Tauzin, both of Cecilia, Peggy Hebert and Earline Underwood, both of Breaux Bridge; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Furdy Brasseaux; her parents, Theobald and Isabelle Guidry Latiolais; and two brothers, Doyce and Allen Latiolais. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 a.m. ~ 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday and continue at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday. Pellerin Funeral Homes of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
