Dennis John Gonsoulin

New Iberia - Private memorial services will be held at a later date for Dennis John Gonsoulin, 67, who passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015, in New Iberia. A native and lifelong area resident, Dennis was born on February 11, 1948 to Clet and Delphine Robichaux Gonsoulin. He served our country in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War, and worked in the oilfield for many years. Survivors include by his daughters, Giselle Gonsoulin and Iris Munson both of Rochester, NY; brothers, Gene Gonsoulin and wife Dorothy of Saint Martinville, Jerry Gonsoulin and wife Brenda, Kelly Gonsoulin and wife Loretta, Clyde Gonsoulin, and Benny Gonsoulin and wife Janelle all of New Iberia; special nephew, Craig Gonsoulin of New Iberia; 3 grandchildren, Sophie Marie Munson, Lily Victoria Munson, and Wyatt James Munson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Gonsoulin.
