Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Destin Jacob Hail, 22, who passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10:00 am until time of service on Saturday.
Pastor Jonathan Haygood will officiate at the Funeral Service.
Interment will follow at a later date.
Destin enjoyed fishing, watching football, cooking, and working on cars. These past few months, he and his step dad worked at the same job and he enjoyed the extra time he got to spend with him. He was a loving, free-spirited, and humorous person that could put a smile on anyone's face. Destin loved spending time with the love of his life, Brooklyn and his little boy, Bronx. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Debra Hail and girlfriend, Amber Lassiter; the love of his life, Brooklyn Renee Bernard; son, Bronx James Hail; sisters, Brooklyn Bree Menard and Meghan Fee; step-parents, Darrin and Chantelle Menard; step-sisters, Angelle Lacoste and Shyla Lacoste; step-brother, Kaleb Leger; maternal grandmother, Karen Hail; aunts, Sara Hail, Tanya Hail, Tori White, Tara Hebert, and Vicki Prejean; uncles, Brandon Hail, Joe Cole, Brock Hebert, Velvet Menard, Joe Menard, Jody Menard, and Wayne Menard; great aunt and uncle, Lori and Billy Stagg; step grandparents, Kermit and Lindole Menard; and cousins, Leon "Bubutt" Daigle, Hannah Daigle, Haley Dauphine, Ethan Cole, and Aubrie Cole.
He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Merle Hail; great aunt, Thelma Aguillard; and other relatives, Rickie Hebert and Dela Bolding Hebert.
