Diana Romero Viator

New Iberia – A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, February11, 2023 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church for Diana Romero Viator, 64, who passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at her home.

Deacon Wynard Boutte will officiate.

Diana Romero Viator was born in New Iberia, Louisiana on September 7, 1958, and worked as a cashier at Wal-Mart for 14 years. She loved going to the casino, and adored her pets, and all children, especially her nieces, nephews and godchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Diana is survived by her former husband Bret Viator; siblings, Cheryl Viator (David), Linda Feller (Jerry), Richard Romero (Suzie), and Larry Romero (Wanda); and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roosevelt and Bertha Louviere Romero; sister, Barbara Walker; and a godchild, Matthew Romero.
