Donna Lucy Ozenne

St. Martinville - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, March 22, 2008, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, for Donna Lucy Hebert Ozenne, 62, who passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at Lafayette General Medical Center. Rev. Fr. Austin Leger, Pastor of St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church, will conduct the funeral service. Mrs. Ozenne was a resident of St. Martinville all of her adult life. She was married on February 8, 1964, to her loving husband, Arthur. She loved reading, embroidering, and taking care of her husband and family. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Arthur Joseph Ozenne, Sr., of Broussard; two daughters, Lottie Miller, and Virginia Carlock and her husband, Lenwell, all of St. Martinville; two brothers, Steven Hebert and Bobby Hebert, both of St. Martinville; one sister, Celeste Bourque, of St. Martinville; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Arthur J. Ozenne, Jr., and Eugene F. Ozenne; her parents, Michael and Virgie V. Hebert; and a sister, Kathy Provost. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10 a.m. on Friday and continue until 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pallbearers will be Beau Hebert, Lance Provost, Johnny Perez, Brian Perez, Chad Perez, and Lenwell Carlock. Honorary pallbearers will be Scott Bourque, Thomas Miller, and Rawleigh Bourque. Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville is in charge of arrangements.
