Dorine Tabor Delcambre

New Iberia - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 10, 2017, at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in New Iberia for Dorine Tabor Delcambre, 84, who passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, in New Iberia. Entombment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Matt Woollette will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM Thursday. Visitation will continue on Friday from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM. A resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Delcambre was born on November 4, 1932 in St. Martinville to the late Cyrus Tabor, Sr. and Effie Laviolette Tabor. She enjoyed dancing and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her husband, L.C. Delcambre; daughters, Jeannie Viator and husband Carl of New Iberia, Renee Sandifer and husband Joe of Franklinton, Nanette Kimble and husband Donnie of New Iberia, Celeste Lohr and husband William of New Iberia; stepdaughter, Katherine Heckerd and spouse Chris of Bandon, of Oregon; stepson, Henry Delcambre and spouse Patsy of Breaux Bridge; sisters, Mildred Girouard of St. Martinville, Agnes Renard and husband Leffrey of St. Martinville; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a stepson, Mark Delcambre; and brothers, Alton Tabor, and C.J. Tabor, Jr. Pallbearers will be Scott Hoover, Jeremy Valls, Jarred Lohr, Ethan Lohr, Dillon Williams, Kyle Creel, and Stefan Jolet.
