Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at First United Pentecostal Church in Breaux Bridge, for Doris LaCombe d'Augereau Hoyt, 90, who passed away on Monday, August 27, 2012, at St. Agnes Nursing Home in Breaux Bridge. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at First United Pentecostal Church from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 and continue on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 ;at 10:00 am until 1:45 pm. Reverend Jonathan Haygood will officiate at the funeral service, and will be assisted by Reverends Lindsey Long and Charles Cooley. Interment will follow at D'Augereau Cemetery in Breaux Bridge. She is survived by five sons, Harry (Janice) d'Augereau, Percy d'Augereau, Milton (Anita) d'Augereau, Allen (Cindy) d'Augereau, and Marlin d'Augereau; her daughter, Verna d'Augereau Pitre; two brothers, Clifford (Ovenia) LaCombe and Robert "Bob" (Beatrice) LaCombe; two sisters, Cecilia LaCombe Hoyt and Nellie LaCombe (Melvin) Leckett; 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph V. and Elodie Cormier LaCombe; her first husband, Harry "Caloon" d'Augereau; her second husband, Rev. John Hoyt, Sr.; five brothers and sisters; a granddaughter; and her son-in-law. Pallbearers will be Brandon d'Augereau, Jason d'Augereau, Matthew d'Augereau, Chris Broussard, Travis Tyler, and Brandon Shearin. Pellerin Funeral Home (337.332.2111), is in charge of arrangements.
