New Iberia - Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, Monday, July 5, 2010, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in New Iberia, for Dorothy 'Dot' Dugas, 75, who passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2010 in New Iberia. ; Entombment will follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum, in Coteau. Msgr. J. Douglas Courville will officiate. ; Born on October 10, 1934 in Youngsville, Ms. Dot was part owner of 4 D Corrosion Control. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, and spending time with her family. ; Survivors include her sons, Harry Joseph 'Hop' Dugas, Jr. and fiance Joanie C. Segura of New Iberia, Randy James Breaux and wife Judy of Lafayette; daughters, Brenda Ann Primeaux and husband Randy of Gueydan, Stacie Ferness Dugas and fiance Tom McHugh of Bossier City; step daughter, Connie Poirrier and husband Bobby of Maurice; sister, Loula Lopez of New Iberia; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. ; She was preceded in death by her parents, Remus and Eva Romero Boutte; brothers, Sterling Boutte, and Stanley Boutte; sisters, Eunice Romero, Euna Bourque, Verna Doucet, and Lilly Langlinais; step sons, Ernest Lee Dugas and Lonnie Gerard Dugas. ; Pallbearers will be Chris Breaux, Jason Breaux, Beau Dugas, Max Dugas, Brad Breaux, and John Trahan. ;A gathering of family and friends will be Monday from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia. ;Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd., New Iberia, LA 70560, 337.365.3331, is in charge of arrangements.
