Dudley James Patin, III

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Dudley "Skip" James Patin, III, 49, who passed away on Friday, February 29, 2008 at his residence in Henderson. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Fr. Paul LaFleur, pastor of St. Bernard Church, will conduct the services. Mr. Patin enjoyed fishing and riding dirt bikes. He loved Rock-n-Roll and occasionally wrote songs. He loved spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by 4 brothers-in-law. Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Flora Pellerin Patin; his sons, Daniel James Patin and David James Patin, all of Henderson; his father, Dudley James Patin, Jr. and his step-mother, Marian Patin, of Butte LaRose; his mother-in-law, Ethel Pellerin, of Breaux Bridge; his sisters, Ethel Patin, of Pierreville, and Denise Perez, of Breaux Bridge; and his step-brother, Donald Kirk, of Butte LaRose. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Wilkinson Patin; his brother, John Ray Patin; his step-sister, Rhonda Kirk; and his grandparents, Ray and Ethel Wilkinson, and Dudley and Lena Patin. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 am ~ 9:30 am on Tuesday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
