Dwayne Mark Angelle

Cecilia - A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Dwayne Mark Angelle, 62, who passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023. 

The family requests visiting hours be held at the funeral home in Cecilia on Tuesday from 8:30 am until 10:30 am.

A Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 am by Deacon Ken Soignier.

Father Gregory Cormier will officiate the Memorial Mass. Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dwayne Mark Angelle, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend. 

Dwayne had successful 18-year career at Moss Motors as an automotive mechanic. Beyond his professional achievements, Dwayne had a deep love for the outdoors. He loved spending time hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed hot rods and racing. Dwayne was a handy-man and was known to be able to fix anything. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Jacqueline Latiolais Angelle; son, Cameron Angelle; step-sons, Derek Latiolais and Dalan McGee; brother, Wayne Angelle (Michelle); sisters, Paula Ray, Pamela Pickering, Sherry Thibodeaux (Scott) and Kerry Melancon (Mark); step-grandson, Justin Broussard. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis Angelle and Mary Quebedeaux Angelle; brother-in-law, Dennis Pickering; and parents-in-law, Lucille Theriot Latiolais and Allen Latiolais.
