Breaux Bridge - A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 2, 2018, at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge for Earles James Belaire, 70, who passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at St. Martin Hospital. Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert will officiate at the Graveside Service. Interment will be at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Mr. Belaire enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, playing music and being a DJ. He cherished moments spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving spouse, Merline Ann Taylor Belaire of Breaux Bridge; son, Scott Belaire and wife Gina of Catahoula; daughter, Amanda Belaire of Breaux Bridge; sisters, Oline Guidry of Cecilia, Sadia Guilbeau of Cecilia, Elmae Picard and husband Pervis of New Iberia, and Iva Mae Theriot and husband Clifton of Catahoula; grandchildren, Garen Ayo of Breaux Bridge and Orie Wiltz of Henderson; step grandchild, Trey Borel of Youngsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Placide and Emma Belaire; daughter, Shellie Belaire; brothers, Loiston Belaire and Clevens Belaire; sister, Earline Degeyter.
