Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Edward St. Julien, Jr., 69, who passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7:00 am until 10:00 am on Saturday, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge. A rosary will be prayed at 8:00 am on Saturday. Deacon Jim Davis will officiate at the funeral service. The readers will be Corie Steward and Marie Spencer. Gift bearers will be Kashia and Shatara Small. Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge. He is survived by his loving wife, Renella Allen St. Julien; his son, Ricky Ricard and wife Heather; his daughter, Tracy Davenport and husband Rev. Kenneth, Sr.; his grandchildren, Kashia Small, Allen Pilette, Shatara Small, Kenneth Davenport, Jr., Austin Davenport, Kendra Davenport, Brandon Perrin, Tyler Perrin, Hailey Perrin, and Keragan Ricard; 10 great grandchildren; and his brothers, Raymond St. Julien, Harold St. Julien, and Wilbert St. Julien. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward St. Julien, Sr. and Marie "Devine" Wiltz St. Julien; a grandchild, Joshua Johnson; his sisters, Wilma Jean Boyd and Joyce St. Julien; and his brothers, Joseph Larry St. Julien and Kurney Louis St. Julien. Pallbearers will be Ricky Ricard, Tyler Perrin, Raymond St. Julien, Arthur Boyd, James Boyd, and Allen Pilette. Honorary pallbearers will be Edward Boyd, Drake Broussard, Brandon Perrin, Kenneth Davenport, Jr., Austin Davenport, and Rev. Kenneth Davenport, Sr. The family would like to extend special thanks to Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care for the wonderful care given to Edward during his time of need.
