Elba "Put" Landry Davis

Breaux Bridge- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Elba "Put" Landry Davis, 82, who passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

A rosary will be prayed at 9:00 AM on Tuesday.

Rev. Joseph Campion will officiate at the funeral mass. Readers will be Lisa Alexander and Raquel Landry-McCorvey. 

Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.

She is survived by her husband of over 60 years Curley Davis, Sr.; sons Joseph (Sandra) Davis and James Jose (Diane) Davis; brothers Claude Landry, Jr. and Marshall (Denita) Landry; sisters Dianne (David) Glaude, Novella (Miguel) Jefferson and Mary Nell (Roy) Zeno; 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her daughters, Pamela Demouchette and Latoya Davis; parents Claude Landry, Sr. and Mazy Landry; brother, Eugene Landry; sisters, Jean Nita "Janella" Johnson and Barbara Boyd.

Pallbearers will be Johnathan Zenon, Kyle Davis, Travis Davis, Meagan Davis, Kaleb Demouchette and Eric Lloyd.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Davis, James Davis, Jr., Dominique Davis, Joseph Davis, James Davis, Sr., Marshall Landry, Claude Landry, Jr. and Edward Mercier.
