Elda Breaux Patin

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 18, 2006, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge for Elda Breaux Patin,63, who died Thursday, November 16, 2006 at University Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette. Elda loved helping others and working on the computer. ?Her first love was her family and granddaughter. She was a very devoted grandmother and was very active with St. Bernard School activities. Survivors include her daughter, Charlene Usie and her husband Keith of Breaux Bridge; her very special granddaughter, Lacie Usie and her step grandson, Maison Usie; sister, Barbara Borel of Catahoula. She was preceded in death by parents, Wilmont ""Black"" and Marie Breaux; her brother, Wilmont ""Jimmy"" Breaux and her sisters, Yvonne and Cecile Breaux. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2:00 pm till 10:00 pm, Friday, November 17, 2006 and continue at 8:00 am, Saturday, November 18, 2006 until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm, Friday, November 17, 2006. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Borel, Jacob Borel, Ryan Nix, ?Darrell Guidry, Raywood Borel, and Gerald Conques. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to St. Bernard School, 251 E. Bridge Street, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
