Catahoula - A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am, on Monday, December 14, 2015, at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery in Catahoula, for Eliante B. Borel, 85, who passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015, at Landmark of Acadiana Nursing Home. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge from 8:30 am until 10:30 am on Monday. Rev. Richard Fabre will officiate at the Graveside Service at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery in Catahoula. Eliante loved spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, and playing Bingo. She is survived by her daughter, Loula Louviere and husband Chris; her grandchildren, Tyler Louviere, Tyson Louviere, Terryn Louviere; her great-grandchildren, Zeyla Touchet, Lainey Louviere, and Justin Courville; step-grandchild, Melindy Daspit; and step great grandchildren, Brianna Daspit and Stephen Daspit. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bootsie Borel; her parents John and Lovenia Altemus Boudreaux; a granddaughter, Theya Louviere; three brothers and two sisters.
