Breaux Bridge, La - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 2, 2006, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Emeline Gaudet Guidry, 65, who died Sunday, February 26, 2006 at Our Lady Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include three sons, Tannie Guidry of Youngsville, Dwayne Guidry and his wife, Angela of Breaux Bridge, and Ravon Guidry and his wife, Kim of St. Martinville; one daughter, Heather Guidry of Pierre Part; four brothers, Roy, Jimmy, Lenis Gaudet all of Pierre Part, and Lester Gaudet of Sorrento, La; two sisters, Vivian Metrejean of Pierre Part, and Anna Mae Morales of Thibodaux; twelve grandchildren; one great grandchild; and four step grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Guidry; her parents, Marie Breaux and Lennis John Gaudet; and four brothers, Phillip, Wilbert, Pierre and Paul "Tootsie" Gaudet. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 9:00 a.m. ~ till 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday and continue at 7:00 a.m. until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday Pallbearers will be Lyle, Logan, Brandon, and Francis Guidry, Pierre Gaudet, Jr., and Chris Gaudet, Honorary pallbearers will be Tralyn Guidry, Tristan Guidry and Dylan Broussard Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge in charge of arrangements.
