Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 pm on Friday, February 4, 2022, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for EmmaGrace Marie Landry, 6 months, who passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022, at Texas Children's Hospital.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Thursday and continue on Friday at 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.

A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Thursday.

Rev. Garrett McIntyre will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Baby Land.

EmmaGrace, affectionately known as “Mimi” by those closest to her, fulfilled her enormous purpose in her six months on earth.  She was full of life and knew nothing but love.  She was the perfect blessing from the very beginning.

Her mama’s best friend, and her Daddy’s “Tutu,” EmmaGrace always made sure they saw her beautiful smile and felt her heart full of love for them.  Her favorite things were her pacifier, lounging in her boppy, when her Papa would rub his nose on hers, and anything that had to do with her Mama.  Mimi was such a treasure to her two brothers, Isaac and Joshua.  She would listen intently with great contentment when Isaac read to her, and she was guaranteed to give a good laugh at Josh being silly for her.

She was the face of bravery, and her strength was unparalleled.  She exemplified grace and everything good and pure.  EmmaGrace made her mark and she carried out God’s purpose for her life.  She truly made the world a better place.

She is survived by her loving parents, Gerald Landry, Jr. and Danielle Green Landry; two brothers, Isaac Landry and Joshua Landry; maternal grandparents, Daniel and Tammy Green; and her paternal grandmother, Marsha Landry.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Gerald Landry; cousin, Ma'Kayla Marie Landry; and her uncle, Dana Latiolais.

Pallbearers will be Isaac and Joshua Landry, and David and Drew Green.
