Ethan Neisser

New Iberia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10:00 am on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at St. Marcellus Catholic Church in Rynella for Ethan M. Neisser, 15, who died as a result of a car accident on Thursday, March 15, 2018 in New Iberia. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday from 4:30 pm until 9:00 pm at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia. A rosary will be prayed on Tuesday at 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday from 7:00 am until 10:00 am. Rev. James Nguyen will be the Celebrant. Entombment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery in New Iberia. A lifelong resident of New Iberia, Ethan Michael Neisser was born on December 22, 2002. He was a student at New Iberia Senior High School, and made good grades. Ethan enjoyed building and re-building bicycles, shooting guns, hunting, fishing, video games and social media. He was a loving son, grandson, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed. He is survived by his parents, Shirley Moreaux Neisser and Clarence Neisser, Sr. of New Iberia; sisters, Ashley Phayarath and husband Phonesanga "Lank" Phayarath, and Jessica Ho and husband Son Ho; brother, Clarence Neisser, Jr. and girlfriend, Tara Marceaux, all of New Iberia; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Boudreaux and husband Howard of New Iberia; paternal step-grandmother, Jane Neisser of Crowley; maternal grandfather, Raymond Moreaux of New Iberia; nephew, Devin Ho; nieces, Maddison Ho, Icelynn Phayarath, Irelyn Phayarath, Adalynn Darby, Riley Neisser; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Clarence Henry Neisser; maternal grandmother, Mabel Moreaux; maternal step-grandmother, Gloria Moreaux; and his cousin, Hunter Segura who also in the accident. Pallbearers will be Clarence Neisser Jr., Devin Ho, Son Ho, Billy Mora, Dale Jones and Lank Phayarath.
