Leonville - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 18, 2006, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Leonville for Eula Zerangue Courville, 73, who died Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at her residence in Breaux Bridge.
Interment will be in St. Leo the Great Cemetery in Leonville.
Mrs. Courville was a member of the Bonne Mort Society at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Carencro.
Survivors include three sons, Jerry Courville and his wife, Cynthia of Carencro, Wayne Courville and his wife Connie of Breaux Bridge, and Jody Courville and his wife, Gaye of Lake Charles; one daughter, Maxine Bourgoyne and her husband, Chad of Breaux Bridge; one brother, Oscar Zerangue of Hex, TX; three sisters, Nola Braud and Shirley Jeansonne, both of Lafayette, and Earline Lanclos, of Vatican; thirteen grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Courville; her son, Derral Courville; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Abel Zerangue, Sr.; one brother, Abel Zerangue, Jr.; and one sister, Vergie Cope Powell.
The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 a.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Friday and continue at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of service.
A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. on Friday evening.
Pallbearers will be Curtis and Chris Bourgoyne, Jeremy, Michael, and Brent Courville, and Brian Sonnier.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Courville (E4).
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of Acadiana for the care they provided her.
