Bogalusa – Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, June 3, 2019 at Brown McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, for Eva Inez Mullins, 78, who passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019 in New Iberia. A gathering of family and friends will be at Brown McGehee Funeral Home, 610 Ave. F., Bogalusa, LA, on Monday from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in Pounds Cemetery. Rev. Aaron Weido will be the Officiant. Mrs. Mullins is survived by sons, Elvin Laverne (Paula) Spears of New Iberia, and John Spears of New Iberia; brothers, William (Penelope) Miller of Covington, and Clyde (Barbara) Miller of Globe, AZ; sisters-in-law, Geneva Miller of Pine, and Julie Miller of Varnado; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Johnny Spears and Claude Mullins; parents, Otis and Mildred Miller; brothers, Walter “Dobie” Miller, Herbert Culberth, Shelton Miller, James Miller, Elvin Miller, Glen Miller and Loften Miller; and a sister, Mildred Marie Lacey.
