Eve Guilbeau Robin

Henderson - Funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM, Monday, December 26, 2005, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson for Eve Guilbeau Robin, 84, who died Saturday, December 24, 2005 at J. Michael Morrow Nursing Home in Arnaudville. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson. Mrs. Robin was a member of the Henderson Ladies Altar Society. Survivors include her sons, Roy Robin and his wife, Nettie of Grand Anse, Russel "Paca" Robin and his wife Peggy Ann of Henderson, Rodney Robin and his wife, Mary Ann of Grand Anse, Ronald Robin and his wife, Gail, and Ray Robin and his wife, Celeste Annie, all of Henderson; her brothers, Fercy Guilbeau of Houma and Fernest Guilbeau of Alexandria; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Robin; her father, Nicholas Guilbeau; her mother, Elena Hayes Guilbeau; her brother, Lester Guilbeau; her sister, Mary Lasseigne; her granddaughter, Ester Robin Sturgis; her great grandchild, Tobias Quebedeaux; and two infant great-great grandchildren. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 7:00 a.m. on Monday and continue until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 2:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon. Pallbearers will be her five sons. Pellerin Funeral Home of Henderson is in charge of arrangements.
