Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia.
Evelyn was a member of Kingdom Hall. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and beloved friend, who enjoyed cooking, baking, cleaning, and working in her flowerbeds, planting beautiful flowers for all to enjoy. Evelyn enjoyed spending time with her family and always looked forward to the times she could take care of her grandchildren, whom she loved and adored. She treated everyday as though it was a holiday, but most enjoyed the springtime, when she could sit on her front porch, admiring the beauty of her flowers, while making her delicious "homemade ice cream" for her family to enjoy. Her constant reminders of "Always tell the truth; the truth will set you free" and "Respect your elders," will never be forgotten. She will be sadly missed by her loving family and many friends.
