Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Fabian Landry LeBlanc, 88, who passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021, at her residence.


The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge from 2:30 pm until 9:00 pm on Monday and continue on Tuesday at 7:00 am until 10:00 am.

A rosary will be prayed at 6:30 pm on Monday by Deacon Nick Ware.

Father Blake Dubroc will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.

Fabian was a devout Catholic and life-long parishioner of St. Bernard Catholic Church. She never missed a Mass, and she religiously prayed the Rosary daily. Fabian was the owner and operator of LeBlanc's Superette, now known as Hebert's Superette, where she continued to work for over 25 years. After her retirement, she went to work for Midsouth Bank for several years before fully retiring.

Fabian dedicated her life to raising her children, whom she had unending love for. She was so thankful to the aunts, uncles, brothers, and sisters for all of their help and support throughout the years. Fabian loved gatherings with her family, especially holidays when she could have everyone together. She also enjoyed occasional trips to the casino. Fabian will be remembered for her honest, sincere, and compassionate heart as a devoted mother, grandmother and sister. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sons, Eddy LeBlanc (Liz), Ricky P. LeBlanc (Marlene), Tommy A. LeBlanc (Pamela) and Jude LeBlanc (Angela); daughters, Cheryl Talbot (Leroy "Duke") and Leslie Raymond (Michael); brothers, Norman Landry (Elaine), Richard Landry (Charlotte), Wade J. Landry (Jean), Clayton Landry (Virgie), Gene Allan Landry (Renella), and Ray Paul Landry; sister, Vicky Hebert; grandchildren, Cory (Kacie), Brison (Kelly), Matt (Jenna), Kelli, Kimberlee, Keddi, Heidi, Dusti (Kyle), Tommy, Jr. (Lindy), Terran, Jonathon, Krysti (Brett), Amber (Tommy) and Danielle; great-grandchildren, Lauren (Nick), Caleb, Trae, Karaline, Eva, Mason, Graham, Emerson, Challyn, Jaycee, Kayden, Roman, Jori, Gabe, Bailey, Katherine, Arden; great-great-grandchild, Parker; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert LeBlanc; daughter, Tammy A. Trosclair; parents, Wade and Agnes Angelle Landry; sisters, Mary Nell Champagne (Earl), Patricia "Patsy" LeBlanc (Raymond), and Marie Landry; brother, Ira Landry; and brother-in-law, Anthony "Tanny" Hebert.

Pallbearers will be Eddy LeBlanc, Ricky LeBlanc, Duke Talbot, Cory LeBlanc, Brison LeBlanc, and Matt LeBlanc.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Paul Landry, Trae LeBlanc, and Mason LeBlanc.
