Flavia Mouton Guidry

Cecilia - Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, on Friday, October 17, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Cecilia, for Flavia Mouton Guidry, 91, who passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014, at St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehab Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 8:00 am until 1:45 pm on Friday. Deacon Ken Soignier will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. She is survived by two sons, Bobby Kidder and wife, Sue, and Willis Guidry, all of Breaux Bridge; her son in law, Mike Guidry of Breaux Bridge; her sister, Georgie Dugas; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, Simon Guidry; her daughter, Shirley Guidry; her parents, John and Flavia Stelly Mouton; her sister, Octavia M. Quebedeaux; and two brothers, Ivy and Emile Mouton. Pallbearers will be Kevin Guidry, Lonny Kidder, Brodi Dupuis, Shannon Guidry, Jason Escoyne, and Mike Guidry.
