Florine Marie Domingue Patout

New Iberia Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 15, 2016, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Florine Marie Domingue Patout, 91, who passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016, in New Iberia. A gathering of family and friends will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, with Recitation of the Rosary at 10:00 AM. Private interment will follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Patoutville. Deacon Wade Broussard will officiate. Mrs. Patout was born November 5, 1924 in Jeanerette, LA, and was a long time resident of Lydia before moving to Azalea Estates. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, and retired from the Iberia Parish School System. She loved spending time with family and friends. She is survived by three daughters, Peggy Bergeron and husband Mickey, Aleda Szivos and husband James, and Susan Clark and husband Michael; two sons, James Patout and wife Nancy, and John Patout and wife Sally; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Patout Sr.; a grandson, Brandon Patout; parents, Alphee and Alita Domingue; sisters, Evelyn Hebert, Aline Hebert and Agnes Landry; and brothers Clovis Domingue, Clopha Domingue, Robert Domingue, Luke Domingue, Clerphe Domingue and Lloyd Domingue. Pallbearers will be Scott Bergeron, Allen Patout III, Mark Patout, Justin Patout, Wade Patout, and Nicholas Clark. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Catholic High School, 1301 de LaSalle Drive, New Iberia, Louisiana.
