Fred Marion Davis

Cecilia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 12, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia for Fred Marion Davis, 32, who passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 12:30 pm until the time of service on Monday. A rosary will be prayed at 1:00. Rev. Gregory Cormier will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at St. Joseph in Cecilia. Fred was born September 6, 1988 in Metairie, LA. He loved the game of football and played little league for the Eagles and went on to play for the Cecilia Bulldogs. He was an avid Saints fan and loved cheering for his favorite player, Drew Brees. He enjoyed drinking his coffee and adored his cat, Izzy. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his niece and nephews. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his parents Fred W. and Brenda Davis; sister, Kristen Davis; niece, Lydia Guidry; and two nephews, Ace Ledoux and Hendrix Ledoux. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Marion and Mercedes Fisette and paternal grandparents Fred C. and Lois Davis.
