New Iberia - A memorial mass will be ;celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at St. Peters Catholic Church for Gale Hebert Delcambre, 67, ;who died Friday, September 17, 2010 in New Iberia . A gathering of family and friends will follow in the church hall.Born on November 7, 1942 , Mrs. Delcambre worked at Home Furniture for over 20 years. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband, Mickey Delcambre of New Iberia; sons, Mike Delcambre and wife Tricia of Indianapolis, IN, Jacques Delcambre and wife Carolyn of Baton Rouge, Stewart Delcambre and wife Renee of Lafayette, Steve Delcambre and wife Kelly of New Iberia; daughter, ;Wynde Cernich and husband Bill of Lafayette; brother, Jimmy Hebert of Lafayette; sisters, Pat Comeaux and husband Frank of Broussard, Florence Kite of Kaplan; grandchildren, Ashley, Rebecca, Adam, Sarah, Mickey, Billy, Nicholas, Darby, Kaitlyn, and Addison. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.G. and Rose Faulk Hebert; sisters, Juanita Scelfo, Rita Moreland, Dot Helo, and Doris Guidry.
