Gilbert Savoy

- Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2010, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson, for Gilbert James Savoy, 57, who passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at his residence. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson . Survivors include his brother, Bert Savoy and his wife, Tammie; his sister, Joycelyn S. Broussard and her husband, A. J.; his nieces, Kassie Broussard and Danielle Savoy; his nephews, Kain Savoy and Eugene Broussard; his great nieces and great nephews, Gavin Savoy , Kiana Savoy , Brooklyn Savoy and Paisley Tuttle; and his godchild, Jada Dogay. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alton and Priscilla Devillier Savoy. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 until time of service on Wednesday.
