Glenda Faye Latiolais Huval

Cecilia - A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, July 16, 2018, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia for Glenda Faye Latiolais Huval, 68, who passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm on Monday. A rosary will be prayed at 11:30 am on Monday. Glenda enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. Spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Knox, who brought her so much joy in life. She would go beyond her means to make sure her family was always happy. She will be sadly missed by everyone. She is survived by her son, Larry "Toby" J. Huval, Jr. of Cecilia; daughter, Sandy Devillier of Cecilia; grandchildren, Abbie LeBlanc Taylor and spouse Joseph, Chynna Huval, Jake Huval, and Anzley Savoy; great grandchildren, Jaxon Taylor and Knox Taylor; and her father-in-law, Isaac Bin Huval. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry J. "Tope" Huval, Sr.; her parents, Abbie and Alice Latiolais; sisters, Bernice L. Blanchard, Mary L. Patin, Hazel L. Borel, Shirley L. Thibodeaux, and Rose L. Boudreaux; and her mother-in-law, Clorine "Pue" H. Huval. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt appreciation to all of her doctors at UHC, Dr. Oge, Dr. Fuselier, and the staff of Hospice of Acadiana, especially Michael and Sandy for their love, care and compassion.
