Gloria Mae Barber

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, September 3, 2009, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Gloria Mae Barber, 73, who passed away on Monday, August 31, 2009 at Courtyard Manor in Lafayette. Father James Fallon will officiate at the funeral service. Scriptures will be read by Ceta Davis. Gloria is survived by her sister, Dot Westbrooks, of Beaumont, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Yola Alexander Barber The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Thursday. A rosary will be recited at 8 a.m. Thursday. Pellerin Funeral Home, 665 Dauterive St., Breaux Bridge, is in charge of arrangements.
