VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 5, 2009, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Guilman Cormier, 77, who passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at his residence. Entombment will follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Father Paul LaFleur will officiate at the funeral Mass. Mr. Cormier honorably served his country in the Louisiana National Guard for several years. Survivors include his wife, Doris Gardemal Cormier, of Breaux Bridge; his daughter, Sandra Cormier Castille, of Breaux Bridge; his son, Gil Paul Cormier and his wife, Debbie, of St. Martinville; a brother, Anatole Pete Cormier, Jr. and his wife, Claudia, of Lafayette; five grandchildren, Jason, Brian, Lynzie, and Kent Cormier, and Sanders Castille; and four great grandchildren, Haden and Kadee Cormier, Malayne Doucet, and Corbin Cormier. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anatole Cormier, Sr. and Lita Castille Cormier; two sisters, Janel Dore and her husband, Alvin, and Clotilde "Connie" Miguez and her husband, Minos; and his son-in-law, Rocky Castille.
