Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 pm, on Saturday, October 11, 2014, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Hampton Peter Boudreaux, 66, who passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2 pm until 10 p.m. on Friday, and continue on Saturday at 7 am until 12:30 pm, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge. A rosary will be prayed at 7 pm on Friday. Fr. Nicholas Dupre, will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures will be read by Neil Theriot, Sr. and Rachel Boudreaux. Gift Bearers will be his granddaughters, Danielle, Alyssa, and Sarah Theriot. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Hampton loved woodworking and was a carpenter by trade and honorably served in the Louisiana Army National Guard for several years. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting as a pastime. Hampton loved spending time with his family, but most especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Guidry Boudreaux; two daughters, Krystal Boudreaux Theriot and husband, Neil Theriot, Sr. and Karla Boudreaux Hardin and husband, Dondi; three brothers, Rawlin Boudreaux and wife, Gayle, Scotty Boudreaux and wife, Patty, and Ricky Boudreaux and wife, Theresa Rosaline; one sister, Pal Rita Guillot and husband, Enol; his brother-in-law, Alton Guidry; seven grandchildren, Danielle Teresa Theriot, Garritt Michael Hardin, Neil "David" Theriot, Jr., Bo Daniel Hardin, Luke Ryan Theriot, Alyssa Claire Theriot, and Sarah Grace Theriot. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alcee "Ram" and Elsie Dauphine Boudreaux; his son, Kenneth Michael Boudreaux; and his sister, Judith Boudreaux Guidry. Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Garritt Hardin, Neil "David" Theriot, Jr., and Bo Hardin; his brothers, Scotty Boudreaux and Ricky Boudreaux; and his nephew, Darren Guidry. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandson, Luke Theriot and his brother, Rawlin Boudreaux. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
