Helen Daly

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at Pellerin Funeral Home, in New Iberia for Helen Perez Daly, 63, who died Saturday, April 14, 2007 in Coteau Holmes. Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, in Coteau Holmes. Helen enjoyed collecting antiques and spending time at her camp. Survivors include her sisters, Theresa Ogeron of Galliano, Evangelina Jeffress of Tenaha, TX, Patricia Starnes of Floresville, TX, Minnie Sergery of Cutoff, LA, Diane Gonzales of Carrollton, TX; brothers, Amos Perez of Galveston, TX, Israel Perez of Weatherford, TX, Richard Perez of Dallas, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Margaret Gayton Perez; husband, Wilfred Daly, brothers, Lawrence, Danny, Joe, and Gene; and her companion, Allen "Breaux" Devillier. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia. Visitation will continue Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of service. Pellerin Funeral Home of New Iberia, 365-3331, is in charge of arrangements.
