Henry 'Hank' Stoute

Leonville A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, December 26, 2015, at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Leonville, for Henry "Hank" Stoute, 95, who passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 5:30 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday, and continue on Saturday at 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Friday by Deacon Dwayne Boudreaux. Fr. Kenneth Domingue will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial. Readers will be Elaine Artigue and Charlene Taylor. Gift Bearers will be Georgia Bernard and Connie Begnaud. Altar Server will be Gavin Bernard. Music will be Pope Huval and Pat Melancon. Interment will follow at St. Leo the Great Cemetery in Leonville. The family would like to give special thanks to J. Michael Morrow for their special care given to Mr. Henry. We couldn't have done it without the help throughout this journey. He is survived by his step-sons, Clarence (Bernice) Lanclos and J.D. (Elaine) Lanclos; his step-daughters, Hilda (Clarence) Begnaud and Barbara (David) Bird; his brother, Michael (Helen) Stoute; thirteen step-grandchildren; numerous step-great-and great-great grandchildren; and his special nephew, Calvin (Elaine) Artigue. He is preceded in death by his wife, Effie Lanclos Stoute; father, Mitchell Stoute; mother, Lucille Benoit Stoute; sisters, Melanie Richard and Vernis Artigue; and brother, Joshua Stoute. Pallbearers will be Luke Begnaud, Dereck Lanclos, Brandon Lanclos, Sam George, Troy Lanclos, and Matthew Stelly. Honorary pallbearer will be Corey Lanclos.
