Isaac "Bin" Huval

Cecilia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Friday, April 8, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia for Isaac "Bin" Huval, 99, who passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. 

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10:30 am until 9:00 pm on Thursday and continue on Friday at 7:00 am until 10:00 am.

A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Thursday by Deacon Ken Soignier.

Rev. Gregory Cormier will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia.

Bin honorably served his country in the United States Army during WWII.  He was a member of the American Legion Post 294 in Cecilia.  As a pastime, Bin enjoyed hunting, gardening, and crawfishing.  He will be remembered as a hardworking man who always put his family first and provided a good life for them.

He is survived by his sons, Tom Huval (Nellie), Irving "Red" Huval (companion, Betty), Dale Huval (Melba), and Ike Huval; daughters, Dolly Usie, Mary Croley (Russ), Margaret LeBlanc (Dutz), and Anne "Shougah" Huval;  grandchildren, Arielle LeBlanc, Claire LeBlanc, Daelyn LeBlanc, Don Huval, Francis Huval, Jed Huval, Toby Huval, Daniel Usie, Selleck LeBlanc, Randi Oates, Robyn Scrantz, Dawn Huval, Heidi Bellaire, Courtney Croley, and Sandy Devillier; 19 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Clorine "Pue" Hebert Huval; parents, Thomas “Tom” Huval and Noelie Berard Huval; son, Larry "Tope" Huval; daughter, Shally Marie LeBlanc; grandchild, Tyson Huval; brothers, Francis Huval, Lester "Las" Huval, Valrie "Cowin" Huval, and Patrick "Pat" Huval; and his daughter-in-law, Glenda Huval.

Pallbearers will be Don Huval, Francis Huval, Jed Huval, Toby Huval, Daniel Usie, and Selleck LeBlanc.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Huval, Irving "Red" Huval, Dale Huval, Ike Huval, Russ Croley, and Dutz LeBlanc.
