Arnaudville - Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, on Monday, June 8, 2015, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Arnaudville, for Isabelle Cortez, 70, who passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7:00 am until 10:45 am on Monday. Pastor Rob Burdeaux will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Isabelle was a very quiet person who loved her family dearly. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by three daughters, Shelly Cortez Frey, Tessa Taylor, and LaWanda Laneaux; and a son, Gene Kirby Cortez. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Henry Cortez; a daughter, Libby Cortez Meche; and her parents, Gilbert and Linda Lacoste Bazar.
