VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m., on Saturday, October 4, 2008, at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Jacobi Lee Broussard, 23, who died on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Deacon James Davis will officiate at the funeral service. Jacobi was a volunteer fire fighter. He enjoyed working offshore and doing any other type of work. He will always be remembered for having a smile on his face and for the saying "I got this." Jacobi offered his love to everyone he knew and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his mother, Loretta Broussard of Breaux Bridge; his father, Charles Robertson, of Mississippi; maternal grandparents, Barbara and George Thomas of Breaux Bridge; one son, Tayson Jeremiah Sierra, of Colorado Springs, CO; his sisters, Brandy Banks, of Houston, TX, Lacori Faye Broussard, Lasha Renee Sam, Lashonna Ann Broussard, all of Carencro, Ashley Robertson and Aliyah Robertson, both of Houston, TX, and Tisha Broussard, of Breaux Bridge; his brothers, Coby Kirt Broussard, of Cecilia, Irving Paul Broussard, Arthur Joseph Broussard, both of Carencro, James Broussard, of Cecilia, Harold Broussard, Jr., of Duson, and Antonio Robertson, of Texas. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joseph H. Broussard; maternal great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Montgomery Tolliver and Mr. and Mrs. Gabriel Broussard; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Robertson; an uncle, Willis "Mike" Robertson; and a sister, Lisa Broussard. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7 a.m. on Saturday until 11 a.m. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
