Jamall Bartholomew Menard

Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Bethlehem Baptist in Breaux Bridge for Jamall “Jigga” Bartholomew Menard, age 40. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7:00 am until 11:30 am on Saturday. Pastor Craig Gregory will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette. Jamall Bartholomew Menard was born on August 25, 1980 in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, to Elridge and Pauline (Derousselle) Menard. On the evening of Friday, January 15, 2021 at 6:05 pm God gently and tenderly whispered for Jamall to lay all his burdens and enter gates of Eternal Peace. We never got a chance to say “goodbye” and took for granted the last moments we spent together. Jamall was known for his happy personality, he was a father of 4. He was a truck driver in the oil field industry and enjoyed trails-rides, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and riding around blasting music. He leaves to mourn his passing his parents Elridge and Pauline (Derousselle) Menard of Breaux Bridge, La, a loving sister Ebony P. Menard of Lafayette, La, one son JaKerrick Menard, three daughters Jailee, Brooklyn & Jhania Menard all of Breaux Bridge, La, a special nephew Kevin Laterry Menard of Lafayette, La, and one granddaughter Kali Girod of Breaux Bridge, La, as well as a host of aunt, uncles, cousins, and friends to cherish sweet memories. Jamall is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Cleopha and Ida (Davis) Derousselle, Sr., and his paternal grandparents John B. and Virginia (Zeno) Menard, two aunts and four uncles.
