Breaux Bridge - A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 30, 2016, at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 - Babyland in Breaux Bridge for infant James Leon Chavis, Jr., who passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at Eunice Community Medical Center. He is survived by his loving parents, Cherelle Jordan and James Leon Chavis, Sr.; brothers, Jayden and Justin Chavis; sisters, Isla Chavis and Khahli Malone; grandparents, James and Eva Demouchet, Michael and Johnella Breaux, and Joseph and Mary Chavis; uncle, Michael J. Breaux; aunts, Kim Chavis and Gabrielle Tauriac-Chavis; and godparents, Tekear Thoas Ponce and Kaliyah Demouchet. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pricillia Chavis.
