James Sr. Desormeaux

James I. Desormeaux Sr., 70, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017. James was an honorable and faithful man. He loved his family and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. James loved animals, and enjoyed watching football and wrestling. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Barbara Wiltz Desormeaux; sons, James Desormeaux, Jr. and wife Gaylen, Christopher, Teddy, and Michael Desormeaux; daughters, Lisa Hebert and husband Ivy, and Amanda Labit and husband Glenn; brothers, Frederick and Warren Desormeaux; sister, Christine Ordoyn and husband EJ; 12 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Dalton Joseph Desormeaux; mother, Therese Landry; stepfather, John Foreman; and brothers, Christopher and Michael Desormeaux.
