Jason Paul Fruge', Sr.

Cecilia Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, on Monday, September 1, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Jason Paul Frug, Sr., 54, who passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2014, in Mansura, Louisiana. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm on Sunday and continue at 8:00 am until 9:45 am on Monday, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Sunday. Rev. Michael Delcambre will officiate at the funeral service. Scriptures will be read by Sheila Gresko and Kamille Taylor. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Jason was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He loved family gatherings and cooking with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife 35 years, Carolyn Bordelon Frug; two sons, Jason Frug, Jr. and Jamie (Stefanie) Frug; his brother, Jimmy Frug; his sister, Linda Frug Dor; and five grandchildren, Lacey Frug, Dylan Frug, Breana Frug, Sadie Frug, and Janie Frug. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ludovic and Shirley Knott Frug. Pallbearers will be Jason Frug, Jr., Jamie Frug, Caleb Dor, Casey Dor, Lincoln Frug, and John Allen Knott.
