Jeanette Guidry Tauzin

Breaux Bridge - A private memorial service will be held at a later date for Jeanette Guidry Tauzin, 78, who passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at Lafayette General Medical Center. Mrs. Tauzin cherished moments spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed having a cup of coffee, doing cross word puzzles, baking, and watching television. Her favorite shows were HGTV channel, Wheel of Fortune, and The Price Is Right. Jeanette was known by many for her big heart and would always put others before herself. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her loving spouse, Raymond Tauzin of Breaux Bridge; sons, Clint Louis Tauzin of Breaux Bridge, Cory James Tauzin and wife Monica of Breaux Bridge, and Doyle Ray Tauzin and wife Lisa of Lafayette; daughter, Lisa Tauzin of Breaux Bridge; brother, Jules Guidry, Jr. and wife Mary of Carencro; grandchildren, Dustin LeBlanc and spouse Alison, Brooke Jordan and spouse Joshua, Brittany Tauzin Smith and spouse Marcus, Cody Tauzin, Jordan Calhoun, Camdyn Hebert, Cole Tauzin, Jacob Tauzin, and Caleb Tauzin; and great-grandchildren, Hunter Leblanc, Kamryn LeBlanc, James Jordan, Jagger Jordan, Emily Smith, and Olivia Smith. She was preceded in death by her father, Jules Guidry, Sr.; mother, Elzina Walker Guidry; and sister, Anna Jane Guidry Attuso. Pellerin Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
