Broussard- Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2005, at Our Savior's Church in Broussard for Jerod Preston ""J-Rod"" Angelle, 25, who died Monday, December 26, 2005. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Survivors include his father, Terry Angelle of Cecilia; his mother, Vickie Hebert and her husband, Ken of St. Martinville; his maternal grandmother, Lydia D. Guidry of Breaux Bridge; his paternal grandmother, Hazel C. Angelle of Cecilia; his sisters, Kelly A. Denais of Breaux Bridge and Lindsey Hebert of St. Martinville; his brother, Jarrod Hebert of St. Martinville; his niece Emma Denais; his nephew, Luke Denais; his godfather, Dwight Angelle; his best friend, Blondie; and a host of family, friends and ""The Sirry-U's"". He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Francis R. Guidry; his paternal grandfather, Murphy ""Pental"" Angelle; his sister, Shannon Hebert; and his best friend, Josh Andrews. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 1:30 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday; 8:00 a.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and continue at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday until time of service. Pallbearers will be Chaz Viator, Jarrod Hebert, Dirk Angelle, Isreal Guidry, Brook Hebert and Kevin Denais. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Wiggins, Derek Benham, Dane Soileau, Jason Kidder, Blake Habbit, Josh Talbot, Mark Duhon, Derek Bourque, Jean Paul Guidry, Travis Delahoussaye, and Justin Daniel ""J.D."" Guidry. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
