Breaux Bridge ~ A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2005, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge for Jerry Lee Hebert, 58, who died Saturday, September 24, 2005 at his residence. Mr. Hebert was a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his parents, Jay Cendres Hebert of Bayou Portage; his mother, Olga B. Milstead of Lafayette; his sons, Jason Hebert and his wife, Dena of Parks and Zachery Henderson of Lafayette; his daughters, Donna Trahan Babineaux and her husband, Rusty, Deidre LeBlanc and her husband, Coby, Miriah Amy, and Maranda Hebert, all of Breaux Bridge; his sister, Janna H. Babineaux, and her husband, Elmo of Broussard; five grandchildren, Megan Cole, Sadie and Ty Babineaux and Noah and Andrew LeBlanc; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dennis and Philomin Hebert; his maternal grandparents, Zachery and Nece' Breaux; his grandchild, Tyler LeBlanc; his nephew, Russell J. Pellerin, Jr.; and his great nephew, Beau Michael Richard. The family requested that the gathering of remembrance be observed from 3:00 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Thursday and continue at 8:00 a.m. on Friday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
