Breaux Bridge- A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 14, 2022 at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge for Jessie "J.J." John Leblanc, 74, who passed away at his home.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge on Thursday from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM and will continue on Friday from 8:00 AM until the time of service.

A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM on Thursday.

Deacon Ken Soiginer will officiate at the funeral service.

Interment will follow at St. Bernard No. 2.

Jessie John Leblanc, known to family and friends as, "J.J.," was born February 21, 1948, in Breaux Bridge. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He was a hard worker and spent most of his time working and supporting his grandchildren with everything they did. Jessie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his companion, Sally Carabine; sons Coby LeBlanc (Mitzi) and Chad LeBlanc; grandchildren, Jordan LeBlanc (Alana), Mindi Godeaux (Evan), Haley LeBlanc, Noah LeBlanc (Emily), and Andrew LeBlanc; great-grandchildren, Keeley LeBlanc, Paytin LeBlanc, Carson LeBlanc, and Olivia LeBlanc.

He is preceded in death by parents, Dieu Donne "D.D" and Mae Huval LeBlanc; brother, Raymond LeBlanc; and grandchild, Tyler LeBlanc.

Pallbearers will be Coby LeBlanc, Chad LeBlanc, Jordan LeBlanc, Noah Leblanc, and Andrew LeBlanc.

Honorary pallbearer will be Carson LeBlanc.
