Breaux Bridge - Joey John Stelly, 32, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. , on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 12 noon until time of service on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge. Joey was a very hard working and outspoken person, always giving anyone in need a helping hand. He enjoyed playing pool and lived for the moment. Joey always had his son on his mind. Survivors include his son, Trenten Cormier; mother, Linda Begnaud; step father, Kenneth James Begnaud; maternal grandmother, Shirley Wright; brother, Lance Paul Belaire all of Breaux Bridge; sisters, Brandi Lynn (Shawn) Bourque of Breaux Bridge and Nicole M. Stelly of St. Martinville. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard John Stelly; maternal grandfather, Joseph M. Belaire; paternal grandparents, Norvie and Iris B. Stelly; and his step grandfather, Royce Arnaud Wright. Honorary friends to Joey were Lance Bellaire, Jackie Gautreaux, Derrick Gautreaux, Kenneth Begnaud and Calvin J. Belaire.
