VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, July 5, 2008, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for John Gerald Aguirre, 34, who passed away in League City, Texas. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. John was a wonderful husband, father and son, who always placed his family first before himself. He was a thriving businessman as the owner of Extreme Off-Road Performance Trucks and Cars. He loved the outdoors, swimming and going to football games. Whatever John set his mind to do; he always accomplished his task. John will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Rangel Aguirre, of Corpus Christi, TX; his son and daughter, Dylan and Stacy Aguirre, of Corpus Christi, TX; his mother, Betty Perkins, of Corpus Christi, TX; his father, Arnulfo Aguirre and his wife, Jeannette, of St. Martinville; his brother, Michael Aguirre (U.S. Navy), of Groton, CT; his sister, Cynthia Tostado, of Corpus Christi, TX; his grandmother, Isabell Perkins, of San Diego, CA; and his step brothers, Travis Thibodeaux, of Breaux Bridge and Cory Miller, of St. Martinville. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 4:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue at 7 a.m. on Saturday until time of service.
