John Francis Kerridge

February 7, 1950 — July 4, 2015

New Iberia - John Francis Kerridge, 65, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015, at his residence. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Saturday, July 11, 2015. Mr. Kerridge was an ambassador for the Houston Children's Charity and was active on the Board of Directors of Le Triomphe. He was a hard working individual who enjoyed playing golf during his free time. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife, Susan Kerridge of Broussard; daughter, Havilyn Gaither and husband Justin of Houston, TX; son, Matheuw Kerridge of Broussard; two brothers, Ralph Kerridge and wife Pat of England and George Kerridge of England; four sisters, Joan Higgs, Angela Connelly and husband John, Doreen Parker, Barbara Graves and husband Bob all of England; granddaughter, Sasha Kerridge of Houston, TX; grandsons, Dallas Gaither of Houston, TX and Anderson Gaither of Houston, TX; nephew, John Higgs and spouse Penny of England; special friends, Dave Garmson and wife Joy of England, Jess Tourne and wife Judy of Broussard, and Joe Thibodeaux and wife Carmen of Broussard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mabel Starkey Kerridge and Charles Kerridge; brother, David Kerridge; sister, Elizabeth Wood. Family would like to give special thanks to the Cancer Center of Acadiana, Dr. Malad and staff, and Heart of Hospice for their love and support during the past few months.
