Jonathan Ross Wisser

Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Jonathan Ross Wisser, 39, who passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge from 3:30 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday and continue on Saturday at 8:00 am until 11:00 am.

A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Friday.

Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert will officiate at the Funeral Service.

Jonathan worked as an Instrumentation and Electrical Technician in the oilfield for 20 years. He was very grateful for the guidance he received from his step-father, Paul Brasseaux, who taught him the trade he was able to excel in. Jonathan loved music and he enjoyed playing the guitar and drums. He also enjoyed working out at the gym, fishing, and spending time with the people he loved. Jonathan valued and adored his best friend and angel on Earth, Amelie White Harding. He cherished their time spent talking, laughing and even the hard times. Jonathan was a loving father, son, grandson, brother, and friend, who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He is survived by his mother, Sharon Brasseaux (L. Paul, Jr.); son, Sebastien Webster; brother, Jeremy Brasseaux (Hallie); paternal grandmother, Geraldlyn Orgeron Bischoff; nanny, Wendy Arceneaux; parain, J.L. Theriot; and best friend, Amelie Harding.

He was preceded in death by his father, Randal Keith Wisser; paternal grandfather, Captain Rick Wisser; paternal great-grandparents, Mary and Louis Orgeron; and maternal grandparents, Genevieve and Paul Danos.
