Jordy Neal Huval

Cecilia - A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 20, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia for Jordy Neal Huval, 39, who passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Cecilia on Friday from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM and will continue on Saturday at 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM.

A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM on Friday. 

Rev. Michael Richard will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be will be his godchildren, Brandon Sonnier and Marah Huval. Gift bearers will be Ludy Dupuis and Nellie Moreau.

Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. 

Born on July 28, 1984, Jordy spent his life dedicated to his family, work, and passions. As a proud member of the Sheet Metal Local Union 214 in Baton Rouge for 22 years, Jordy had been a valued employee of TKS Industrial for the past 12 years. He found great joy in spending time with his family, especially his three precious babies, Roman, Remi, and his dog, Conella. His favorite pastimes included playing darts, watching baseball, and following horse racing. Jordy's presence and kind spirit touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact wherever he went, he will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his parents, Ernest "Na-Ness" Huval, Jr. and Peggy Olivier Huval; companion, Kailey Theriot; his children, Roman Pierre Huval and Remi Paige Huval; and paternal grandmother, Oline Scrantz Huval.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Pierre and Vivian Olivier; and paternal grandfather, Ernest Huval, Sr.
